El Camino Real (The Royal Road) From Mexico City to Natchitoches

 
El Camino Real de los Tejas stretches 2,500 miles from colonial Mexico City through Texas and ends in Natchitoches, Louisiana. 

Designs to create the trail began in 1690 and were complete in 1700.
